This full-day, in-person Salt Stone Massage course provides massage therapists with a comprehensive understanding of salt stone therapy and its therapeutic applications. The first portion of the day focuses on lecture-based instruction covering the properties of salt stones, their anti-inflammatory benefits, how they differ from the basalt stones, safety considerations, proper temperature management, and how to integrate salt stones into their practice. The lecture is from 10 am to 12 pm. There is an hour lunch, then hands-on is from 1 pm to 5 pm, allowing students to practice techniques and learn how to incorporate salt stones into their massage sessions effectively. Students will leave with eight salt stones to begin integrating this modality into their practice.
