Student Cancellations:

• If a student cancels 7 or more days prior to the course start date, they will receive a full refund minus a [$25] administrative fee.

• If a student cancels within 7 days but at least 48 hours prior to the course, they will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course or for non-attendance/no-shows.

Provider Cancellations:

• If ITI cancels or reschedules a course, students may choose to transfer their tuition to another course or receive a full refund.

• ITI is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses incurred by the student.

Transfers & Credits:

• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another available course date (if offered) with no penalty if requested 7 or more days prior to the original course date.

• Transfers requested within 7 days of the course may be subject to an administrative fee.

Online Courses:

• For self-paced or digital programs, all sales are final once course materials are accessed. If a student has not logged in or accessed materials, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
